Cost of Growing Chickens & Turkeys | Chicken & Turkey Talk

Hey Friends! Welcome to our first chicken and turkey talk. We are discussing how it went growing our meat animals this summer and the costs associated. We do not factor in the reusable things, like the chicken tractor we built, or the brooder boxes, etc.

On Our Forest Homestead, we are building an off grid homestead from scratch in Nipissing Ontario, growing zone 4b. We will be building a house, and garden, shop/barn, and getting more animals. All while learning and growing along the way. Our goal is to grow an entire Christmas dinner, and as many other meals from scratch as possible, on our little piece of paradise. Come along.
