Hello folks we hope you are well.
Today we are making homemade chicken soup

Serves 4 - 6+ people
2 to 3lbs of chicken diced
10 cups of water
16oz of each veggie, Carrots, Broccoli, Colliflower, Corn, Peas
1 tablespoon of each, Oregano, Parsley, Chives
1 teaspoon of each, Basil, Rosemary, Garlic to taste
10 turns of the fresh cracked pepper grinder for extra heat
2 Chicken Bullion cubes instead of salt (add crackers or salt to taste later)

1st Prep your chicken early to make it easy later.

2nd Add your veggies to 10 cups of water in your pot/kettle.

3rd Get your diced chicken & put it the pan and bring it to a nice brown on one side, don't burn.

4th Add your chicken to the pot of water, watch out for splatter.

5th Bring everything to a boil for at least 5 min and stir gently to not break up your broc/coli.

6th Set the soup to med-low heat and stir every 15 min or so.

7th The house is going smell so good and be nice & warm, stir and enjoy what your making because it going to be so good.

#8 Who do we appreciate? You!

9th Now that the soup is done turn the heat off & stir.

10th I like to let the soup sit for 5 + minutes to let it all gel together. The flavor is worth the wait.

11th Get your dishes ready its time to serve

12th Let the soup cool down before putting it away. Don't forget to share your meal if you can, some will appreciate it. They might even say thanks for thinking of me.....

Thanks for helping me help you make a better life 1 meal at a time.
