Ohio Issue 1 IS A CATASTROPHE!!!!!

So in Ohio, people think they are voting to save abortion but they never even read the bill, which is to actually end majority rule and change the threshold to 60% making so that 40% of voters can decide for the majority. I'm very confused how that will help voters in any way... I wonder, will an issue with any controversial voting from here on out in Ohio become a one year trial and get voted back and forth based on the 40% threshold or will they try to be on that for a temporary basis just to pass the things they want, and then change the rules back again in their own favor...?
