IACS overcapacity, animals at ‘increased risk of euthanasia’ until more are adopted

Indianapolis Animal Care Services is warning those trying to drop off their pets that any animals taken in are at an “increased risk of euthanasia” right now because the shelter is overcapacity – and they’re begging for more adopters.
