George Stritter and Friends - One Winter Day

14

This is the recording of a one-time jam session between guitarist George Stritter, bassist Luke Leonard and drummer Casey Dziuba. The sound recording was engineered by Lee Morris, and mixing was done by Mike Carfi. Mike also added some cool keyboard parts to "Take Five, Sometimes...".

We recorded this shortly after lockdown restrictions were eased. As this was recorded live in one room, there was no room to edit mistakes out. What you are hearing comes with all the warts, moles and other abnormalities... but it's lively, and an accurate representation of what happened that day. Three tracks are improvised. It's not perfect, but I believe it shows curiosity, passion, experimentation and some great interplay.

The video was thrown together using stock footage courtesy of
thestockfootageclub.com, just so you would have something to look at while listening. Thanks for taking the time to do just that, please let us know what you think.
