RECIPE

2 Cups Heavy Cream

1) Place heavy cream into a stand mixer and whisk on medium high speed until your butter has separated from the buttermilk.
2) Remove the butter and squeeze to remove the excess buttermilk. Store in the fridge.

Garlic Compound Butter
1 tsp Parsley, Chopped
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1) Take about 3 Tbsp of butter and thoroughly combine all the ingredients together.

SPICED UP Compound Butter
1/4 tsp Chipotle Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
