When you walk down the street, do you repeat a thought over and over?  Are you even aware that you are doing this?   Do you know that if that thought is of something negative, something painful, we see it on your face?  What thought defines you and why do you let it define you?  You think you are hiding who you are to the outer world yet we can see who you are on the inside by just looking at your face.  Change your thoughts to change your story.
