Smoked BBQ Brisket Meatloaf on the pellet grill - Recipe and BBQ Tutorial!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are smoking up a BBQ style brisket meatloaf on the pellet smoker! This isn't your lackluster cafeteria meatloaf. This is one I dream about eating all the time! Lets get started....

Ingredients:
2 Lb Ground Brisket
2 Eggs
1.5 Cup Plain Panko Bread Crumbs (white)
2/3 Cup Milk
1.5 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Basil
1/2 Tsp Paprika
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Shallot (minced)

Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (I did a KC style) - thinned out by adding in apple cider vinegar over low heat

Pellets Used:
Lumberjack Maple
