We are going to Washington DC to promote HR 5142 and HR 5143, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Modernization Act. This will end the double standard that allows those with injuries from the flu vaccine (or other vaccines on the childhood schedule) to be compensated but denies the same compensation for the Covid injections.

We need public pressure for this reform. We need you to stand up for those who are too sick to stand up for themselves by texting the words, "Sign PSXRAR" To: 50409.

Never underestimate the power of ordinary people to do extraordinary things! Let's flood their offices with our support of HR5142 and HR5143.
This will make improvements to the VICP, which hasn't had an update since 1986.
1. Ensure consumers have sufficient time to file by increasing the statute of limitation from three years to five years.
2. Reduce case backlog by expanding the number of judges from 8 to 10.
3. Provide fair compensation by increasing the cap on damages from $250K to $600K.
4. Expedite claims by requiring the secretary of HHS to submit a budget plan outlining the required resources to eliminate case backlog.
5. Increase transparency by providing an annual report on the results of the program and any recommendations regarding the need for more judges.
6. Expedite the addition of new vaccines within six months of a recommendation, rather than two years.
7. Expand the type of vaccines eligible, to include vaccines and injuries recommended by the CDC for routine administration in adults.
