New development near Mass Ave former Coke plant will feature food hall, hotel

Developers Hendricks Properties, who referred to new space as Bottleworks, said the first phase of the project will include a West Elm Hotel and a food hall called The Garage, where fresh produce, meats, baked goods, startup businesses and independent businesses can be found. Developers are expected to break ground on the project in May 2018 with the hotel and food hall opening in late 2019.
