In this video I show you how to make some carnivore diet nuggets with a super secret ingredient. These are probably the best nuggets I've ever made and I don't know why I've never thought to make them until now!

RECIPE

1Lb Bacon
4 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Milk
3 Tbsp Not Mayo (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woL2detxr8M)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1) Place your bacon into the freezer for about 30 minutes to get it partially frozen. Once the 30 minutes is up, put your bacon into a food processor or meat grinder and grind until you have a fine crumble.
2) Setup a dredging station by getting a bowl and adding your egg and milk. Whisk this until homogenous. Grab a plate and lay down your ground pork rinds along with your black pepper. Toss by hand.
3) Grab 2 oz portions of your ground bacon and shape and press into nugget form by hand. Dip this into your milk first and then into your ground pork rinds. Place this onto a foil lined baking sheet. Repeat until all ingredients have been used up. Place this into an oven at 425°F for 22-25 minutes or until gold brown. I suggest removing from the oven halfway through and draining any excess grease.
4) For the sauce, take your not mayo, lemon juice, and pepper and whisk until homogenous.
