DOC locking inmates in a 2x2 shower with no food, water, bathroom break for 1-3 days. As reported by channel 25 news. Rep Humphrey advised DOC what was going on yet allegedly DOC continued to punish inmates by putting in 2x2 Shower. Also addressing the number of stabbings on staff and inmates. Terminating more long time officers and Wardens. DOC firing some staff and hiring friends at OMES that have zero experience working in prisons. Does not give current DOC employees an opportunity for the jobs. This is cronyism at its best. The appointment of friends and associates to positions of authority, without proper regard to their qualifications.
