Ingredients and preparation:

Scale the fish and cut off the fins
1 1/3 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon fish seasoning

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1/3 lemon
Rub the fish well with the marinade on all sides
Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes

Pour boiling water over and let stand for 30 minutes

3 zucchini

2 tablespoons wheat flour
