Making CHIPS Out Of MEAT | Carnivore Recipe

Tired of pork rinds? Try pork tenderloin instead. Making chips out of meat has never been easier.

RECIPE

2lb Pork Tenderloin

1) Place your tenderloin into the fridge for about 1 hour to help it get a little solid.
2) After that hour, remove and slice as thinly as possible. Preheat your oven to 250°F/ Place parchment paper or a silicone baking mat onto a baking sheet. Line this pan with your tenderloin in one even layer.
3) place into the oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until they are crispy.
