186-unit apartment development near Monon Trail unwanted by Indy neighbors

Neighbors living in an Indianapolis north side community expressed concern Thursday about plans to build a possible 186-unit apartment complex near the Monon Trail in Nora. Monon Development Partners filed to rezone the property of the former Ace Hardware store, located at 8502 Westfield Blvd, to proceed with plans to construct Nora Apartments along with a coffee and ice cream shop.
