Israel’s military confronted terrorists crossing from Lebanon amidst Hamas’ attacks, which have claimed over 700 Israeli lives and injured 2,500 recently. While most assaults occurred in southern Israel, Hezbollah, based in Lebanon, also targeted Israel over the weekend. Following suspicions of terrorists infiltrating from Lebanon, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) heightened border vigilance, especially near northern city Adamit. Amidst this “state of war,” 150 Israelis remain hostage. Defense Minister Yoav Gallant affirmed Israel’s resolve to counter these threats. IDF strikes have targeted numerous sites in Gaza, from where rockets were launched into Israel. Among the victims, nine Americans were killed, with the White House extending condolences and assuring close monitoring of the unfolding situation.
