Discussion surrounds the movement to amend the U.S. Constitution to permanently enshrine the 9 seats on the Supreme Court. This amendment would eliminate the possibility of progressive liberals and communistic ideologies within Congress to accomplish "packing the court". This also constrains the further manipulation and politicization of the US Justice system.
