KDOE - Are You A Runner?

You may have heard or seen a film that was released in 1976, called Logan’s Run. It was set in the far future, in the year 2274, in a domed city, totally enclosed from the outside world. This city had been built after a nuclear war had left the atmosphere poisonous and the world outside unsafe. Some people become runners and want to leave, but why?

What can we learn from Logan’s Run? Should we be runners like those of the film and TV series? What threats do we face as Christians in this world, that could take our lives prematurely? Should we just try to fit in with the world around us, or venture out and seek the truth?
