1 hour WIM HOF MUSIC / Shamanic Drumming + Rain Ambient Sounds

This Wim Hof Breathing Music soundtrack was created to facilitate breathwork session and/or meditation practice. Shamanic drum was used by ancient cultures and traditions to enduce a trans state helpful in deeper healing practices. Drumming is combined with ambient rain sound which also has a theraputic effect.

Breathwork has a long history mostly in ancient religions and traditions like: Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism, Chinese Medicine and many others. We just neglected these simple exercises for some reason but with a help of people like Wim Hof, Leonard Orr (Rebirthing Breathwork), Stanislav Grof (Holotropic Breathwork), Dan Brule (Breathwork Mastery), Damien Echols and many others we are rediscovering the transformative power of breathwork.
