6 minute daily mobility. 🧘‍♂️ If you wake up a little stiff, or you’re finding your mobility is restricting your movement then this is for you

1️⃣ 1 minute Arm Circles
2️⃣ 1 minute Cobra to dog
3️⃣ 1 minute thread the needle
4️⃣ 30s squat / 30s squat extension
5️⃣ 1 minute dynamic hamstring to hip
6️⃣ 1 minute child’s pose with reach

It only takes 6 minutes and you can do it daily.
