Truist bank failed to have basic security protocols in place costing customer $240K

Banks have a fiduciary responsibility to their customers and are required to have security protocols in place to protect clients accounts if someone can enter account change phone numbers and withdraw money from an international IP address obviously the banks security protocols are lacking
