Calling Police! O.D.S.P called saying Landlord Took MY receipt's & told them I don't live here!

THE Land lord & the Building Manger both who have a non-contact order against me , Spent their time THE last two months Stealing out of my mail box yes!! actually stealing my mail they have done it before, They took both the receipts that they stole & wrote Back to O.D.S.P telling them That I did not live their Here any more! Now noticing ! THE Impossibility considering their is no where for anyone to move in town! that is why the money I pay out of my basic needs is suppose to be sent back to me $200 dollars every month Which THE land lord Steals !! that he is also blocking of mine by saying the rent is not paid which it is every month for 8 years I have it set up through a secondary Like I told the Manager of O.D.S.P who called & knows if you didn't pay your rent it get's shut down in seven days without question Their is no not paying your rent on O..D.S.P & their is no way especially if it is direct deposit ! Now When this landlord came in He told everyone at the banks that he was going to be robbing & defrauding the clientele Grandfathered in By not receiving Direct deposit any more or cash payments!! & then proceeded to say he would not allow payment in any of the normal ways & only one way were he could deny that you paid it ! WOW !! & everyone was totally cool with that !! Hay maybe you should call O.D.S.P & say , THE landlord has just blocked all direct payments those are their to make sure he gets his rent !! & then refuses to take Cash or any other type of payment making it completely obvious what he was planning and does !! He just says you didn't pay rent makes up fake eviction notices THE building mangers wife does it in the second building every one notices of hearings all fake meaning you call & they do not exist with the landlord tenant board ! Because they can't you would be able to just go to one of the hearings with his fake notices & demands for monies which have already been paid , demanding from the disabled mentally ill & elderly Their basic needs over and above what he already steals from them !! like every month he makes up false fraudulent forgeries ! hundreds of them ! they are all fake every one ! I Have them & HE says if you do not give me Rob this monies from you I will have you Charged & cut of O.D.S.P & your medications & any dependants ! So he attempts to Steal the very basic needs from the most vulnerable people & all of his papers are fake ! & if someone gives him the monies he is demanding & they die from starvation malnutrition , stress , What happens when you come over because he is all happy they died !! come take them to the morgue I can now charge more money for the apartment !! I was hoping they would go away or just die ! When they put the monies I demanded from them into my account I was a bit curious where they came up with the $5,000 dollars , no wait their pet is dead to along with their infant child , They eat food as well but they gave all that monies to you ! You demanded monies that were not yours to take !! knowing because you wanted them out of the apartment so you could charge more that's called motive ! You have had many clients call THE police to say that he is robbing them ! & you try to say that it is a Civil matter ?? well officer these dead bodies do not look very civil they look a little like Murder ! When you knew exactly what you were doing !! Now I am calling police because they also stole right out of my mail box took my mail & sent it back with a letter to O.D.S.P that I do not Live Here ! & to cut me off ! THE O.D.S.P Manager would Like THE landlord & THE manager to stop Stealing the receipts out of My mail box ! They have done that with other letters well any & everything. Like if any of the hearings dates were real you know the ones he has you THE police deliver for him !! he likes to be an equal opportunity player so he like to include the police in on his lie to spice it up & say to THE mentally ill , I had a Cop deliver it so it's real !! Because they are mentally ill & do not understand that changes nothing but They are both willing to look the other way because that is how they both make money , THE bible says do you not know that your governing bodies work for whom it benefits meaning the rich land & or business owners . He Attempts to kill THE clients if that works great come take the dead bodies out of the apartment so he can make the big bucks !! They starved he was robbing their basic needs YOU SEE WHEN I CALLED THE TRIBUNAL & THEY SAID HE IS NOT WITH US ! MAKIGN ALL HIS FORMS EVERY SINGLE ONE HE PLACES THEIR NAME ON FRAUDLENT used to EXTORT & By No Means Civil it is outright attempted Murder & Theft ! Fraud times well I have over 40 attempts to fraud & steal amounts from over $5,000 to $75 dollars, any one if paid could kill me ,
