The father of a boy who died weeks after a Walnut Hills crash pleaded not guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and felony leaving the scene of an accident in court Wednesday. Adriel Holloway was taken into custody Tuesday, according to Cincinnati police. His 10-year-old son, Aryionte Grace-Holloway, died Sunday, nearly six weeks after the Aug. 1 crash. Police said his father slammed into a tree near Lincoln Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, in the city's Walnut Hills neighborhood. In a separate ruling Wednesday, Holloway was ordered to stay away and have no contact with his mother after he reportedly threatened her over the phone when she pleaded with him to visit his dying son in the hospital.  According to both a witness and police, Holloway tried to walk away from the wreck, abandoning his son with life-threatening injuries. At the time, police said he was likely both impaired and driving too fast. "Tay-Tay," as he was known to his family, suffered critical injuries and had been at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center until his death.
