Mind & movement cannot be separated.

Our minds are required to create animation of our physical BEing.

The thoughts we think create weight and disposition within our physical form.

If I feel overburdened with responsibilities, my shoulders shall begin to round and slip under their perceived weight.

If I find it difficult to advance my thinking, take a great leap of faith in myself, I will surely experience pain, discomfort or rigidity in my hip region.

The way we express ourselves through movement is guided by our habitual thinking and believing of who we are, what we have experienced.

For this session, I offer you some alternate ways of perceiving your patterns of mind & movement.
