3 Minutes Per Round
1 Minute rest in between Rounds, with very minor exercise during rest.
Notice how my form gets more sloppy as the rounds go on.
Notice how my hands start to drop.
My Punches are weaker, kicks weaker.
Recovery In between strikes slows, if it happens at all.
Good learning Lesson here, Cardio and conservation of energy during striking is VERY important. This was one of, if not the hardest, I have pushed my body in a long time. Felt good, I will Keep training so 11 rounds feels normal eventually.
