"All Out for Palestine" Rally Organizers Speak near NYC Israeli Consulate Day After Hamas Attack

On October 8, 2023, militant Palestinian and communist groups held a rally in Times Square and marched to the Israeli Consulate in New York City, the day after Hamas attacks initiated a war with Israel.

At their destination near the consulate, speakers from the groups that organized the event spoke at a second rally that lasted into the evening.

(Despite many erroneous media reports, Democratic Socialists of America was not one of the organizers. DSA promoted it on social media but was not one of the listed organizers and did not have a presence at the rally or march.)

The groups that organized the rally and march included the Palestinian Youth Movement, Al-Awda,
American Muslims for Palestine, New York for Palestine Coalition, and The Palestinian Assembly for Liberation, as well as Marxist organizations including The People’s Forum and the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and the ANSWER Coalition.
