1 Lbs Brioche, Challah or French bread, one day old, cut up into small pieces
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Half and Half
1 15-oz can Pumpkin puree
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
For the Sauce:
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
