1. The first one is the scalene stretch. Drop your head to the opposite side where you have pain, trying to touch your ear to your shoulder.
2. The second stretch is the chest stretch. Put your arm up against the wall and then lean forward as you rotate away from the wall.
3. The final stretch is for the coracobrachialis and the pec minor. Wrap your fingers together behind your back as you pull down and back. This will help stretch out the muscles attached to the coracoid process of the scapula.

Hold each stretch for 1-2 minutes while taking deep breaths to help release the muscles and the fascia.
