Vacuum sealing freeze-dried stewed tomatoes 🍅

So my mom gave me three quarts of stewed tomatoes that she was not able to can and so we freeze dried them for her put them back in their jars and used our mason jar sealer and accessory hose kit to vacuum seal them so she could put them on her pantry shelf. Now all she has to do is open them when she wants to use them rehydrate them and maybe butter some bread and heat up the stewed tomatoes and water and she's got a meal.
