This recipe is loved by everyone who has tried it. In this cooking video, I show you how to prepare whole chicken thighs in an unusual way and surprise your family or guests. A balanced marinade makes these chicken thighs an incredibly tasty snack. The advantage of this dish is that it can be served both hot and cold. Simply cut the cooled roll into pieces and place it on the bread - a wonderful sandwich is ready. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
3 whole chicken legs
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or more
Add 100ml of water
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (or use one or the other)
1 teaspoon whole wheat mustard
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
Bake at 220°C for 30-35 minutes
Remove from the oven after 30 minutes and open the foil
You can continue baking in the casserole dish (if it's grill-safe)
However, I placed the chicken rolls on a wire rack so they browned better on all sides
Cover with the glaze
Grill (max temp) for 3-5 minutes until well browned
If you don't have a grill, bake at 450°F (220°C) for another 5-10 minutes
It can be served both hot and cold on sandwiches

500 grams of potatoes
20 grams of butter
Salt
Black pepper
garlic powder
100 ml cream
100ml milk
100 grams of cheese
Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes
