Jk, the thumbnail lied. I'm not there yet.

However, ice baths have had some incredible benefits in my life.. And now I'd like to share them with you.

You DO NOT have to spend a ton of money to get started. With some hustle, you can get started for under $100.

Me personally, I got a barrel from FB marketplace fr $25, washed it SUPER thoroughly, and started filling it with ice i was freezing in my freezer.

However, in an effort to not ware out my freezer, I'm now spending approx $5/plunge plus travel for the ice.
