David Weiss wanted to bring charges against Hunter Biden in Washington, D.C., the district's federal prosecutor told Congress in new testimony, lending credence to whistleblower claims of preferential treatment for President Joe Biden's son.

U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves said during a closed-door interview last week with the House Judiciary Committee that Weiss, then a U.S. attorney for Delaware, called Graves about the case at the end of February or beginning of March of 2022.
