Suspicious package at Indianapolis federal building closes downtown street

A downtown Indy road was closed Monday afternoon after a suspicious package was discovered near the federal building. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police said the package was found at the Minton-Capehart Federal Building at 575 N. Pennsylvania Street. Delaware Street, near Michigan Street, was closed as police were on scene.
