Vermicelli soup

Raw material:

Onion: 1 pc
Parsley and coriander: 1 bunch
Carrot: 2 pcs
Barley barley: 1 cup
Vermicelli: 1/2 cup
Boiled and shaved chicken: if desired
Stock: 1.5 liters
Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Potatoes: 2 pcs
Mushrooms: 4 to 5 pieces
Butter: 30 grams
Lemon: 1 pc
Salt and pepper: as needed
How to prepare:

In the first step, we chop the vegetables and then fry them with butter, spices and tomato paste. Now add the stock and allow the vegetables to be half cooked. Then we add joperak and vermicelli and let our soup thicken. Finally, we add chopped parsley and cilantro and lemon and serve. Enjoy your meal
