Compound Butter - 🧈 Three Different Flavors🧈 - Take Your Food to the Next Level

Compound butter - butter with herbs, spices, or other ingredients mixed in - allow you to immediately jack up the flavor of about any dish with both fat and seasoning. In this video, I make three compound butters from the March 2018 Food & Wine magazine:

0:43 - cacio e pepe butter (great for pasta, vegetables, eggs, or shrimp)
2:22 - toasted spice butter (this really brings a great rye bread flavor)
4:43 - ancho lime butter (wonderful on anything made from beef)
