Raw material:

Potato: 1 pc
Carrot: 1 pc
Onion: 1 pc
Garlic: 2 cloves
Celery: 3 to 4 branches

Mushrooms: 3 to 4 pieces
Bell pepper: 1 small
Tomato: 1 pc
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 30 grams
Vegetable stock: 1 liter
Spices (thyme, salt, black pepper, paprika): as needed

How to prepare:
We chop all the vegetables and fry them with butter, flour and spices and then let them boil together with the stock. After the vegetables are cooked, we mix them with a blender until they are smooth. Now we add chopped dill, dry dill and lemon, and if desired, decorate with cream and serve.
