DEW - Laser beam hit house in Peru?

The man in the peru village getting hit with "lasers" isn't new, there has been many UFO cases such as a farmer who got knocked out after hit with a light beam by NHI in France, 1965, and they left landing traces also. Is this hostile or stopping the human from attacking them or something else?
