Bacon-Wrapped Pumpkin Bites | Keto Fall Appetizers

You need:
1 pound of pumpkin, cut into chunks 🎃
1 teaspoon of ground ginger 🫚
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of rosemary
2 tablespoons of olive oil 🫒
2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup 🍁
1/4 cup of your favorite nuts 🥜 🌰
And, bacon slices (cut in half).

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and mix everything but the bacon together.

Then, one at a time, wrap each of your marinated chunks of pumpkin in half a slice of bacon and secure them with a toothpick.

Brush and drizzle the rest of the marinade and nuts on top of your appetizers.

Bake for 40 minutes and 350 degrees, then broil it for 3 minutes to crisp your bacon.

When it’s done, you’ve got crispy bacon wrapped around delicious fall flavors!
