Install
I done this for 4K screen with Unispace 10 font.You would need to adjust for different resolution and CPU/GPU

EG: I used 13700KF which has 24 thread/cores. For CPU usage you would have to add/delete CPU usag thread/core to fit your CPU
Added AMD/Intel/Nvidia/Radeon images

-Extract and Place Cyberpunk.ovl and cp7.png
C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Plugins\Client\Overlays
-to use the RTSS overlays
-open RTSS
-click setup
-click plugins
-put checkmark for overlayeditor.dll and double click on overlayeditor.dll
-to use the cp7.png image
-you have to embed the new cp7.png into overlay layout (EG:Cyberpunk.ovl)
-when overlayeditor is open
-click layouts
-click edit
-under embedded image browse for your image cp7.png
-you can only use one overlay/sprite.png at a time
-click load and pick Cyberpunk.ovl
-now the Cyberpunk.ovl is loaded with cp7.png image so you can make your new overlay with the Cyberpunk.ovl
