The Book Operation

Today I spoke with three titans in the military accountability movement: Rob Green, Carolyn Rocco, and Billy Moseley. We spoke about Rob's book and what has come to be known as the "Book Operation."

Commander Robert A Green Jr. has become one of the Navy's most vocal figures in the fight against the unlawful implementation of the military covid-19 vaccine mandate. He is the author of numerous impactful internal Navy complaints, multiple whistleblower reports to Congress, and a key source of evidence for ongoing Federal Court cases. Carolyn Rocco is a prior-enlisted Air Force lieutenant colonel. She is a two-time Office of Special Investigations (OSI) commander and was an ROTC instructor when the DoD vaccine mandate was implemented. She was denied a medical exemption and a religious accommodation request, and was only protected from removal from service due to the preliminary injunction by Ohio Judge McFarland.

LT William Moseley enlisted in the Navy in 2000, reaching the rank of Gunners Mate Chief Petty Officer before earning a commission in 2014. LT Moseley has served on the USS PINCKNEY as the Systems Test Officer. LT Moseley is currently assigned to the USS Bunker Hill (CG-52) as the STO. In May 2022, Billy faced a Naval Administrative Separation Board and was retained because they found that he did not commit misconduct by refusing the covid-related protocols which the Board determined to be unlawful.
