Smoked Brisket and Lamb Gyros on the Pellet Smoker - Full BBQ Recipe and Tutorial!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are taking a BBQ spin on a Greek classic - Gyros! We are going to use ground lamb and ground brisket to smoke up our gyro meat, and then whipping up a home made tzatziki sauce!

Gyro Meat:
1 Lb Ground Lamb
1 Lb Ground Beef (Brisket)
1 Small Onion (minced)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Tsp Oregano
1.5 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Thyme
1.5 Tsp Rosemary

Tzatziki Recipe:
1 Cup Grated Cucumber (seedless and water removed)
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Chopped Dill
1 Tbsp Chopped Mint
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt

To Plate:
Pitas
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Sweet Onions
