next lunch idea 👀

🌼Ingredients:

1/2 can chickpeas
1 sm rib celery
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
black pepper ( to taste, but don’t be shy! )
1/4 tsp salt ( or to taste )
1/4 tsp cayenne ( or to taste )
3 tbsp vegan mayo ( more if you desire )

🌼How to:
Smash chickpeas in a bowl, add spices, lemon juice, dijon and mayo. Then mix in thinly cut celery and mix well!

Ad that on to of your favourite bread along with dill pickles, tomato and cucumber
