Welcome to the Mothership! This is the third video in my beginner smoker series - St Louis cut Pork Spare Ribs on a pellet smoker! This is how I tend to do the vast majority of my pork ribs , and its super easy to do! This will be from A to Z every consideration I can think of for a new smoker. Please feel free to ask questions if I missed something! It's time to smoked up spare ribs on the pellet grill!

Ingredients:
5.3 Lb pork Spare Rib (untrimmed)

Dry Rub - UFO BBQ SuperNova Coffee Rub
2 Tbsp Dark Ground Coffee
1.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
.5 Tbsp Black Pepper
.5 Tbsp Onion Powder
.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
.25 Tbsp Dark Cocoa
1 Tsp Ground Mustard

Binder:
Yellow French's Mustard

Spritz:
Apple Cider (hard)
3 Tbsp Melted (salted) butter

BBQ Sauce Used:
KC style, or anything with some acidity to it will really help with the rub used here!

Pellets Used:
Lumberjack Fruitwood
