What are the "Unsearchable Riches of Christ"?. What is the "Mystery", and why was it a "mystery"?

Paul asked the Ephesians if they had heard of the "Dispensation of the Grace of God". God gave it to Paul, and Paul is giving it to us.
The sad truth is that most non grace belivers have no clue what Paul is talking about here. Yet, this is probably the most important part about Grace. Remember the cross of Christ is not the Mystery.
