Usain Bolt Worked 4 Years for 9 Seconds

The world no longer values delayed gratification.

Everyone online, shares their “successes”, with very few sharing their journeys.

In the property space, more specifically, I see people brag about their riches, yet never revealing the truth of how they got there.

I am always transparent with my losses as I have far more L’s to my name then W’s.

For every 100 losses I take, I often get a big W. This is still good odds if you ask me.

Take pride and comfort in knowing that true success takes years of hard work. Levelling up, growing and becoming better at your craft.

Anyone who preaches you can be an expert within a few weeks or days, is lying to you.

You may be able to fool a few people in the short term, but your foundations will suck and you cracks will inevitably show.

Are you willing to work for 4 years, non-stop, with the hope of achieving greatness? Not being guaranteed it, just knowing theres a possibility of it? Think about that for a moment.

Don’t rush the process. Fall in love with it. Learn to endure it. Become a student of your game and craft.
