Lawyer gets disciplined by by the Colorado Supreme Court after failing to file real estate paperwork on behalf of a client. Cynthia Lowery-Graber lied to her client about filing the paperwork for years and as a result was suspended for 30 months and must ask to be reinstated by the Bar at the end of that period.
