Oshkosh officer 'justified' in deadly July shooting

An Oshkosh Police officer's use of deadly force in a July shooting was justified, the Winnebago County District Attorney said Thursday. Officers Aaron Achterberg and Kyle Roberts were both put on administrative leave after the July 31 shooting that killed 28-year-old Isaiah Tucker. Officer Achterberg fired the shot that ultimately killed Tucker, the DA said.
