Leaked messages from official Yes campaign advisors have emerged, clearly showing the Yes campaign's tactic of downplaying treaty links to some voters and highlighting treaty for others. If a voter is leaning 'one way' tell them is treaty, if voter leans other way tell them its not treaty.
