Heavy Duty Hustle | Heavy Barbell Shrugs | Bodybuilding | Lean Back Training

This is a video of my back when it's lean and full post-show (WINNER - just saying). The point being, that when I look back at my training to that time, I often trained in a high duty fashion, especially my chest & back workouts, and they happen to be the ones that yielded the best results, the problem being is that I hadn't grasped that yet, let alone being able to apply it.

So this is the start of my v-log essentially, documenting my switch from a regular bro-split, to a Mike Mentzer/Dorian Yates style training | Heavy Duty |

These last few months have been some of the best spells of progress in my bodybuilding journey, so if you're interested and want to know more, I'll be uploading more videos and talking you through what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.

So what's the point? I wish I had known this stuff sooner, so I'm here to share my knowledge and first hand experience, because I believe you have to have walked the walk before you can talk the talk.
