Over the summer we built the Chic Inn Coop. We put tar paper on it as a roofing material for a bit just to keep it covered while I ordered in a few things. This weeks episode is about putting the final roof on the Chic Inn Coop using old oil drums I found here on the property. Recycling these old drums as roofing material is perfect as the only way to get them off the property is to ship them to town and take them to the land fill. Not happening due to cost.

I have seen people use oil drums in the past for other things so I knew I could manage to get some food roofing material from what we have on hand.

Reusing or repurposing things up here in the bush is the best way to use an old item.
